At Algosols, we take pride in delivering high-quality AI and software development solutions tailored to your business needs. Our team invests significant time, expertise, and resources into every project to ensure excellence. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.

Please review our refund policy carefully before engaging in our services.

1. Project-Based Services

For custom AI, software, or consulting projects, refunds are generally not provided once the project has begun. This is because substantial effort, planning, and resource allocation occur during the initial stages.

However, partial refunds may be considered in special cases where:

• The project has not yet entered the design or development phase.
• A mutually agreed-upon milestone was not delivered as per the defined scope.

All such requests will be evaluated individually by our management team.

2. Consultation and Strategy Services

Refunds for AI strategy or consulting sessions are only applicable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. Once the service has been delivered, refunds are not eligible.

3. Subscription or Retainer-Based Services

If you are on a monthly retainer plan or ongoing support package, you may cancel your plan with a 30-day written notice. Any payments already made for the ongoing month are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital products, reports, or AI models delivered electronically, all such items are considered final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

5. Change or Cancellation Requests

If you wish to modify or cancel an ongoing project, please contact your Algosols project manager or email us at support@algosols.com. Our team will review the progress and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include partial work delivery or credit toward future services.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to reach a fair and transparent resolution. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and value of our work.
